The current critical capital resource that is secure is the members of the helm society. Members bring revenue, which is key in any organization. This is a secured resource because most members are loyal to the organization because of the value that it brings to the table. Helm facilitates these roundtables, which brings CEO’s together to build a community and . A different resource is in human capital. Josh’s background in finance, networking, and managing adds tremendous value to the organization. Josh as the CEO of the Helm Society creates a welcoming environment where CEOs enjoy and take advantage of the resources that the Helm Society provides. The Helm Society Provides the most delicious networking available.
I learned this when I attended the roundtables which are confidential. Part of the roundtables accomplishments is that it creates an effective networking environment.
This learning matters because it is good to understand what are capital resources and where they come from.
