Reviewing the range (of Appalachian) values what challenges do you foresee as the community partner addresses modernity values inconsistent or at odds with transitional conservative values? [EVES]

I learned that the modernity values being acted on is the values of being cohesive or in other words, in a community setting being interactive. Currently, the social norm is to be connected on social media. With that said, this is addressed by my community partner, or person I interact with on a cohesive one on one setting, on a very large scale. It is important for us to build this community. The conservative values I have noticed are those in which keeping the community together. I mean having the communities being involved with their desired niche.
I learned this when I attended the first helm social. At the social, I understood that community is ideal.
This learning matters because in society, building community is a social norm; not to mention important for building relationships as well creating synergy.
In light of this learning, I am unsure of what this question is actually asking and would love some clarification.
