I learned that I have developed cooperative interactions with other individuals by scheduling daily meetings with members that I need to communicate frequently. Often, these meetings are as quick as a simple is everything going smoothly question. The other ways I have developed cooperative interaction with other individuals is by enhancing the quality of work that I produce. By producing the best possible work, I am creating a seamless transition for others to fulfill their jobs.
I learn this as I create the documentation of the process that the organization uses on a daily basis. This was during last week.
This learning matters because cooperative interactions create for a more cohesive and fun environment.
