Day 13 – June 17, 2015

Day 13

Can I see the impact of cultural, history, ancestry, religious, language, institutions and ethics on emerging ideas and trends that impact the internship organizations? If so, what are examples? Explain them. Might a conversation with your DFE site supervisor be valuable? Why or why not? [ECU]

Please apply the Reflective Discernment Model to articulate your learning: I learned that, I learned that when, This learning matters because, In light of this learning.

At this point in my internship, I do not see any impact that culture, history, ancestry religion, language, institutions, and ethics have on emerging ideas and trends.

I learned that I have made a huge impact to my internship site with my being in the organization. My contribution to the organization has been in my input as a college student, my contribution in the creation of the process for hiring, and my ability to complete tasks that are above my skill level.

I learned this on Tuesday June 16, 2015 during my workday. Josh Klenoff, the CEO, told me I have made a huge impact to his organization since I started working for him as an internship.

This learning matters because through the internship and cooperation we are creating pure synergy. The amount I am learning from my internship and the value that I am adding to the growing organization/ startup is phenomenal.

In light of this learning, I guess the only impact on the organization is history. We use what has been done in the past and try doing it better creating a process that is always improving.
