Day 10 – June 12, 2015

Day 10

Can I see how small group conversations, and how (online) research documents are used to advance the creditability and verifiability of interesting ideas and strengthen them into good ideas? Might a conversation with your DFE site supervisor be valuable? Why or why not?

Please apply the Reflective Discernment Model to articulate your learning: I learned that. I learned that when.   This learning matters because…In light of this learning

I learned that small group conversations are effective in increasing credibility and verifiability. The strength in ideas come from a team or small group supporting it and increasing its intrinsic value. The power of cooperation evolves a small idea into larger more concrete projects. In my current position, I have not had an opportunity to look at online research documents. However, I have had the opportunity to research competitors’ practices and observe their implementation of similar activities and ways they run programs and platforms. The most important process in the creating credibility and verifiability is the opportunity in collaboration.

I learned this as today; also throughout the process of my current projects. I am currently working on a project revolving around recruiting which could be considered a Human Resource position and on the development of the social network for the CEO’s in the community of the Helm. This position could be considered a Management position.

This learning matters because credibility and verifiability are important in any field you are in. why would anyone trust you if you are not known.

In light of this learning, there is a lot more I can do to learn about credibility and verifiability.
